Icelandic dark chocolate
The chocolate was “old” with some whiteness. Perhaps it had melted along the way. I would not order it again for shipping. When we purchased it in Iceland, it was “fresh” and delicious.
Overall great experience!
The chocolate, itself, is great! But I want to comment on my experience with Reykjavik Grapevine. I placed an international order which was lost in the mail. Luckily, I had purchased the protection. I contacted Reykjavik Grapevine via their chat about the stalled product. They confirmed that it should have arrived and walked me through filing a claim. The process was simple. I was refunded almost instantly and rebought the product which arrived safely as expected. The chat feature I used to contact Reykjavik Grapevine was easy to use and I was able to converse with the same contact over a multiple day period of time. Thank you for your help!
Best chocolate bar ever!
