I found out about the jackets since I subscribe to the Reykjavik Grapevine. I got the newsletter on May 28, literally when we were in our Reykjavik hotel doing our mini-quarantine awaiting our Covid results from the testing at Keflavik Airport. We ordered ours right away and also 2 more for friends as gifts. They arrived the day after we returned from Iceland - perfect timing. We chose the correct sizes, and they fit us well (I got XS, my husband got M). Because we got to hike to Fagradalsfjall twice when it was still a "fire geysir," these jackets are great for us. We can't wear them much now since it is very warm in New York State, but we have them for when we need them. Wish the pockets had zippers, but we are happy with the fit and definitely the design because it means something to us based on our fabulous recent trip to Iceland (our 4th time, with our first being in 1991)! It's a great-looking jacket, and my husband loves it. The photo made it look tight, so I ordered X-large, not his usual size, and the fit is perfect. He gets lots of comments about it!
