Hi Pamela. Thank you for your order. It was shipped from us day after you ordered. With Prime Exprés Abroad shipment then it takes usually 10-15 weekdays in post but because of COVID it takes longer. We will send you the tracking link again in email and seems it is almost getting to you the shipment. For future order then DHL is option if you need it in 3-5 days the order.
